Download a file

On desktop (macOS, Windows, or on Wire for web)

Inside the conversation:

1. Hover over the file.
2. Select the more options button :

If your file is missing file extensions:

From the top menu, go to Finder and then Advanced. Select Show all filename extensions:

On mobile

Inside the conversation:

1. Select the file you want to download.
2. Select the download button .
