Download file

On desktop (macOS, Windows, or on Wire for web)

  1. Open the Shared Drive tab in your conversation:

  2. Find the corresponding file.
  3. Select the more options button :

  4. Select Download:

  5. Select Save.
     

You can also select a file in the conversation to download it:

  1. Select the more options button  in the file view.
  2. Select Download:
