To quickly find what you need and efficiently manage shared documents, you can filter your files by different criteria, both within a conversation’s Shared Drive and in Drive.
General behavior
Use filters via the search view
The filters menu appears after the search bar
The filters list is horizontally scrollable (on mobile)
You can use one filter category, for example, File type
Multiple values can be selected within a filter, for example, Documents and Videos
When a filter is applied:
Other filters become disabled
To apply another filter, you have to remove the previously selected one by selecting Remove all filters
Selecting it clears the filter, but doesn’t affect sorting
Applied filters display a count of selected values, for example, 2

- Select a conversation.
- Select Shared Drive via the heading:

- Select a filter option, like Tags
- View the filtered list:
- To remove the filter, select Remove all filters:
