You can browse and open your files even when you have no connection by making them available offline. This way, you can still access important content.

- Drive and Shared Drive automatically switch to offline mode, when your device is offline
- Only downloaded files are displayed

The file list shows a reduced folder structure:
- Only folders containing cached files are visible
- Folder paths are preserved
- No empty folders are shown
- A persistent banner is displayed: You can still access your offline files.
- Sorting, searching, and filtering are disabled in offline mode
- When you open a file, it loads from the local cache in read-only mode
- You can't use Collabora files in offline mode

- Select a conversation.
- Select Shared Drive via the heading:
- Select the more options button
next to the file:
- Select Make available offline:
- The file will be marked as downloaded
