How can I start a group conversation?

On desktop (MacOS and Windows) or on Wire for web:

There are two ways:

  1. In the conversation list, click people16x16.png People to show the search field.
  2. Click Group16px.png Create Group.
  3. Name the group, e.g. Team meeting.
  4. Select people to add to the group. You can create conversations with up to 256 people.
  5. Click CREATE.

Or, you can add people to an existing 1:1 conversation.
