How can I join a team?

You get an email 

The team owner or admin needs to invite you to join.

1.  When you receive the invitation via email: Select Join Team:
   
   
2. Add your name and password, accept the Terms of Use and select Continue:
   
3. Download Wire or open Wire for web:
   

Join a team with your personal account

 

Things to know

• Your personal account will be transferred to a team account.
• This change is permanent and irrevocable.
  
• You can only be part of one team with this email address.
• You keep your contacts and your conversation history.
• You keep your email, profile name, and username, as well as your password and profile picture.

1. When you receive the invitation via email: Select Join Team.

2. Log in with your personal account's email or username and password and select Continue.

3. Accept the terms of use and select Continue.

4. Enter the password of your personal account again.

5. We transferred your personal account into a team member account.
