How can I mute participants in a conference call?

As a group admin you can mute other participants in a conference call on your desktop:

1. Choose the participant in the call overview and right click on the participant´s name

2. Select Mute or Mute everyone else:

This change will affect all devices for participants. They always have the option to unmute themselves if they want.
