On desktop (macOS, Windows, or on Wire for web)
When receiving an incoming call while in Wire, select ACCEPT to answer it or DECLINE to ignore it.
If Wire is minimized, an incoming call notification appears. Select the notification and inside Wire select ACCEPT to answer it or DECLINE to ignore it. You will no longer hear ringing, and the call visual will disappear.
On mobile devices
While in Wire: When an incoming call screen appears, select Accept to answer the call.
If you're not in Wire, or the app is minimized:
iOS
The call will appear on your home or lock screen, like a regular network call. Swipe right to accept the call. Select the device's power button to decline the call.
To disable this feature:
- Select Settings
.
- Select Options.
- Toggle Share with iOS to off.
Android
A full screen notification will appear. Select and drag your contact's profile picture to Accept to answer the call or to Decline to ignore it.
