Rename a group

On desktop (macOS and Windows) or on Wire for web

Inside the conversation:

1. Select the group conversation:
   
   
2. Select conversation info or group name:
   
   
3. Select the group name to change it:
   
   

On mobile devices

On iOS

In the conversation list:

1. Select the group conversation name.
2. Inside the conversation, select the name of the group at the top of the conversation.
3. Select the edit icon  or select the group name to show the keyboard, and change the conversation name.

On Android

You cannot rename a group at the moment on Android devices. The feature will be available again very soon.
