Prevent adminless groups

As a team owner or administrator, you can specify in team management whether and how you want to prevent groups without an admin in your team.

1. Open teams.wire.com and log in with your account credentials. 
   
   
2. Select Customization.
3. Go to the Feature Configurations / Prevent adminless groups section:
   
   
4. Select Configure:
   
   
5. Switch the toggle to prevent adminless groups to ON:
   
   
6. Set the criteria to assign a new admin if none are available:
   
   
    
7. Select Confirm:
   
   

Once confirmed:          

• The last admin must promote another admin before leaving the group. 
• Existing groups without an admin will auto-promote the next eligible member. 
• Groups with no eligible members will be deleted after 7 days.
