This is for paying teams on Wire for Enterprise (cloud).
As a team admin, you can register a domain for your team. This way, your team members won't need to use SSO codes when logging in with an email from your domain. Please reach out when you are interested. Once activated, please follow the instructions below to enable it for your team.
This is also a feature for on-premises customers:
You can register a domain to redirect your users to your backend. However, the configuration differs and is not explained in this article. If you would like to use this feature, please reach out for assistance.
In the app:
1. Select Settings , then select Manage team or go to teams.wire.com.
2. Log in with your account credentials:
3. Select Customization. Here you will see the section for domain registration:
4. Select the more info button :
5. Select Register Domain:
6. Enter a domain name:
7. Select Continue.
8. Add a TXT record using the values below on your hosting provider's DNS management page.
9. Select Verify:
10. Select OK:
You can now add this domain to your SSO configuration.
