Edit a message

• On desktop

  In the conversation where you like to edit a message:

  1. Hover over the message and select the more options button :
     
     
     
  2. Select Edit:
     
     
     
  3. After editing, send your message:
     
     
     
     

• On mobile

  In the conversation where you like to edit a message:

  1. Long press on the message.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. After editing, select the checkmark button  to send, the undo button (only on iOS), or the cancel button .

Your contact will see the edit icon  before the edited message.

Editing will only take effect when the recipients' devices are online.
