For example:

A 10-minute call on Wire uses about 3.75 MB depending on network conditions.

A 10-minute video call on Wire uses between 11.25-63.75 MB depending on network conditions.

For constant bit rate (CBR), bandwidth consumption for audio calls is about 20-30% higher than variable bit rate (VBR). For video calls, the audio portion of the call will increase in the same way.

File transfer or another network usage may heavily affect audio and video call quality.
