If you notice an unread message from somebody on your iOS device and you can’t find the relevant conversation, we recommend the following steps in Wire:
1. Select Settings.
2. Select Advanced.
3. Select Debugging Tools.
4. Select Find the first unread conversation. Now you see the conversation with the unread message.
6. To solve this issue, write a message in the conversation.
