If you notice an unread message from somebody on your iOS device and you can’t find the relevant conversation, we recommend the following steps in Wire:
- Select Settings.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Debugging Tools.
- Select Find the first unread conversation. Now you see the conversation with the unread message.
- To solve this issue, write a message in the conversation.
