Unwanted connection requests for my children

My daughter keeps getting connection requests from random old men. I would like some sort of feature which would stop this such as have a family account and all connection requests have to go through the account holder to be accepted. Or accounts under a certain age does not have their username made public so can only be requested if the username is known.
