Force refresh of push notification token Not planned

I'm in a wire group with several folks who have iphones. If the group goes quiet for more than a few days, the people on iphones (all of them) stop getting notifications. This is extremely frustrating, because it means I have to text them or email them and ask them to go into their settings and refresh the push notification token.

I would love a feature where the administrator of a group can issue a force-refresh of that notification token, so that those iphones start getting alerts again.

Historically, folks who use wire on iphones "just stop getting notifications", and it quickly becomes an issue if there is time sensitive material being discussed in these chatgroups and key people aren't notified. I've tried @mentions, and sending pings, and none of those things make it through to notify the users. The only known fix on our end of things is to ask each user to go into their settings and manually refresh that push notification token, and after having to do it several times, people are getting quite annoyed, so we'd like the option to force it from the administrative end to not annoy the users.
