The perfect solution for all those different cases is Wire´s secure alert feature which includes an option to get a quick response to a message from your team members even when all other communications channels are unusable.
Create templates and use customizable buttons, set alert categories based on severity, and send notifications to bypass silent mode and ring on all connected devices.
Such an incident could for example be a data breach, a natural disaster or the current coronavirus pandemic – Inform your team quickly about the situation, find out if everyone is safe and give instructions for the next steps, how they should behave and provide additional information.
The admin who sets secure alerts can monitor the answers in the secure alert dashboard.
Your team can efficiently and effectively reach affected people with the click of a button on all of their devices. You can plan procedures ahead of time and Wire´s feature will help you carry those out. People affected by the situation will receive information the moment it’s sent out and throughout the situation on all their devices. They can communicate directly with the alert administrators and with other people on their team at any time—all in the same application.

Feedback report
The Feedback is summarized in a report. Administrators can obtain a detailed report with the help of the provided dashboard on who of the team got contacted, who received the alert, who really read the alert message and responded to your alert – all in real-time. This way organizations are enabled to react better according to predefined scenarios and can faster manage an incident.
An example for a dashboard report:
To review your report:
- Select Reports in the left side menu. Here you will find an overview of your reports.
- Select a report to see more details, like the message content. You also have the option to download the reports as CSV files.
