Add/remove a conversation to your favourites folder

Adding a conversation to your favourites folder allows you to have quick access later on.

• On desktop (macOS and Windows) or on Wire for Web

  1. Hover the cursor over a conversation.
     
     
     
     
  2. Click Down Arrow ▼ to the right of the conversation.
     
     
     
     
  3. Click ADD TO FAVOURITES.
     
     
     
     

  To remove a conversation/group from your favourites folder

  1. Hover the cursor over a conversation.
     
     
     
     
  2. Click Down Arrow ▼ to the right of the conversation.
     
     
     
     
  3. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITES.
     
     
     
     

• On Mobile: 

  1. Select a contact or a group and open the conversation
  2. Click on the conversation name at the top of your screen, it opens the conversation information
  3. Click on the 3 dots … at the bottom of your screen to open more actions
  4. Click ADD TO FAVOURITES.

  To remove a conversation/group from your favourites folder

  1. Select a contact or a group in your favourites folder and open the conversation
  2. Click on the conversation name at the top of your screen, it opens the conversation information
  3. Click on the 3 dots … at the bottom of your screen to open more actions
  4. Click REMOVE FROM FAVOURITES.
