Email registration is currently only on desktop. 

1. Go to app.wire.com or open Wire on Mac OS or Windows.
2. Click Create an account for personal use.
3. Enter your desired account credentials and accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Wire will send you an email to verify your account.

You can login on mobile devices with your email and password by toggling to Log In with Email.
