How can I report a crash on an iOS device?

If you experience a crash on your iOS device, we might ask you to send us the crash logs.

You can get the crash logs by syncing your device with iTunes on your computer and then finding the log files on your computer.

On Mac OS:

  1. Open Finder.

  4. Open the folder name of the device you’ve synced.
  5. Select the most recent or relevant crash logs. The name of each log file will include the app, the date and time the file was created, and the device, such as: Wire 2-15-16, 3-33 PM.crash

Attach the log files in your message to us.
