How can I switch between dark and light theme?

On mobile phones and Android tablets: 

In the conversation list:

  1. Tap your Profile in the upper left corner.
  2. Tap Settings Settings16x16.png .
  3. Tap Options.
  4. Tap Dark Theme to toggle between dark and light theme.
